Wastewater Nucleic Acid Extration Kit contains super-paramagnetic microspheres and prefabricated extraction buffer, which is suitable for nucleic acid extraction of viruses, bacteria and other microorganisms in sewage samples such as domestic, medical institutions and public places. It is also suitable for nucleic acid extraction of samples after enrichment by coagulation precipitation method of aluminum salt. This product can be used for both manual sample extraction and automated high-throughput operations. The extracted products can be used for enzyme digestion, PCR amplification, library construction and other subsequent experiments.
